Art & Soup Volunteers Needed!
We wouldn't be able to do the annual Art & Soup Charity Event without all of (you!) our wonderful volunteers.
*As a thank you for volunteering you will receive FREE TICKETS for Art & Soup to be used either Wednesday, March 11th or Thursday, March 12th.

Set-Up - March 10, 11 & 12
Information about Volunteering for Set-Up Sessions:
- Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable/casual clothes and closed-toe shoes. The convention center may not be heated during set-up, so we encourage you to dress in warm layers.
- Set-up sessions are labor-intensive positions that require individuals to be able to move/carry boxes and event décor weighing up to 50 pounds. Volunteers will be on their feet for most of the time.
- All volunteers will be given two free tickets ($60 value) to the Art & Soup Charity Expo event happening Wednesday, March 11th & Thursday, March 12th for each session you sign up for (if you sign up for one session, you receive two tickets; if you sign up for two sessions, you receive four tickets; and so forth). These tickets are good for 1 session, 11-2 pm or 5-9 pm, on either of those dates.
Art & Soup Premier Night - March 10
Information about Volunteering:
- Volunteers are encouraged to dress in business or formal attire and to wear comfortable shoes.
- Volunteers are required to attend a 1 hour pre-event training to review the overall Art & Soup event plan. This training will take place virtually on Wednesday, March 4th at 5:30 PM. The training will be recorded for individuals who cannot attend the live training due to scheduling conflicts.
- All volunteers will be given two free tickets ($60 value) to the Art & Soup Charity Expo event happening Wednesday, March 11th & Thursday, March 12th. Tickets are good for 1 session of your choice.
Art & Soup Expo Days - March 11 & 12
Information about Volunteering:
- Volunteers are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions during the two-day event.
- Volunteers will be given an Art & Soup t-shirt to wear at the event. Volunteers may wear dark-color jeans or slacks. Volunteers should also wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
- Volunteers are required to attend a 1 hour pre-event training to review the overall Art & Soup event plan. This training will take place virtually on Wednesday, March 4th at 5:30 PM. The training will be recorded for volunteers who cannot attend the live training because of scheduling conflicts.
