Special Programs for CNS Hospice Patients

The CNS Wish Program grants personalized wishes to our Hospice patients.  The wishes provide the opportunity for our patients to relive a cherished memory or experience a new adventure.

The Honor Salute Program is for our Hospice patients. It gives pride and peace to our veterans while bringing together family and friends to celebrate what is often the final time these men and women are publicly thanked for their service. Veteran patients are saluted, presented with a certificate of appreciation and pinned with a veterans' appreciation pin.

CNS offers enhanced Grief & Bereavement support for our Hospice patients and their families.
