Community Nursing Services - Immunizations/Flu Clinics

Immunizations are an important part of living a healthy, disease-free life. Community Nursing Service (CNS) is your one-stop provider for childhood and adult immunizations including annual flu and COVID-19 shots.

Childhood and School Immunizations

Help your kids get ready for school by making sure they're fully vaccinated. The state of Utah requires specific vaccinations and a record of immunization to enroll in school. CNS offers all childhood recommended and school required vaccinations including the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines. These vaccines are safe, effective, and offer long-lasting protection against cancers caused by HPV.

For your convenience, we will bring a clinic to your school or work site

On-site school immunization clinics are typically scheduled in conjunction with seventh grade orientation or registration. All CDC school-required and -recommended immunizations are available.

CNS offers mobile clinics for businesses and other organizations from September through November, often at no cost to the businesses themselves. CNS will bill individual insurance providers or accept payment from individuals or businesses.

These clinics are hosted at your school and are open to the public, age 6-months and older. CNS will bill insurance or accept private payment for vaccinations not paid for by charitable sources.

For information on flu clinics, insurance or payment options, call the Immunization Program at (801) 207-8777 and an associate will help determine coverage options.

As funding is available, CNS Charitable Care may be available to provide low to  no-cost shots to individuals and families who are uninsured, under-insured or who are facing economic hardships and do not have the means to pay.

CNS is a 'Vaccines For Children' (VFC) Provider which helps provide vaccines to children (18 or younger) whose parents or guardians may not otherwise be able to afford them. There may be a nominal administration fee per shot.
