Grief is a normal response to loss. Community Nursing Services (CNS) helps families navigate their grief through an enhanced bereavement program. From personalized visits to support groups, the yearlong program gives the family of CNS patients tools to help process loss.

Children's Grief Backpacks
Designed to help children navigate loss and the grief that comes with it, the Children’s Grief Backpacks are filled with many items centered around not experiencing loss alone and gaining a better understanding through tangible, age-appropriate materials and comforting tools.
