The CNS Memorial Ornament Program is a way for families to remember their lost loved ones and also help individuals in need access compassionate health and hospice through the CNS Charitable Care Program.

With a suggested donation of $40 to charitable care, you will be given a personalized ornament to treasure during the holidays and throughout the coming year.

This year’s ornaments are made from kiln-formed glass and are handmade by renowned glass artist, Sarinda Jones. Each piece has been created using a unique combination of colors, making each heart one-of-a-kind, just like your loved one.

Orders placed by November 1st will be mailed to your home before the Thanksgiving holiday.
