We've been hard at work and we're excited to finally share it with you! This new and modernized brand identity will better align with the evolving healthcare market-scape. Our brand refresh features a redesigned logo, updated color palette and refined messaging that emphasizes care at home. We will be rolling out our updated look over the next few months.

CNS has a rich 96 plus year history of taking healthcare to wherever a patient calls home. Through the years, CNS pioneered many services. It was the first registered hospice in Utah and the first home care agency to offer care to patients with AIDS and later, COVID. This brand refresh honors this vibrant history while adding focus on continued innovation as patients request more care delivery in the comfort of home.
