CNS CHaritable Care Program
Making a difference for 95 Years
The CNS Charitable Care Program provides charitable health care, hospice care, immunizations and
medical services to thousands of individuals in need throughout Utah each year. This program makes it
possible for patients to access the care they need to regain their health and independence, or die with
comfort and dignity. Our patients’ most common charitable needs include:
Hospice care
Skilled nursing care
Occupational therapy
Oxygen
Physical therapy
Social work visits
Wound care
Diabetes education
Speech therapy
Thanks to our supporters, we can say ‘yes’ to patients who do not have health insurance or the funds to pay for care.
