When you or someone you love falls ill or experiences an injury, the decision about who to turn to for care is extremely important. Community Nursing Services provides an array of in home health care options, including visiting nurses, physicial therapists, infusion pharmaceutical therapy and hospice care. Most patients prefer to be cared for in the familiar surroundings and comfort of their homes. For over 80 years CNS has specialized in providing high quality health and hospice care to patients in their homes.
Whether the illness or injury requires in-home care for a few hours a day or full time, our nursing staff will assist the patient and family members throughout the healing process. In end-of-life situations, our experienced hospice team will help the patient and the patient's loved ones navigate the process with delicacy and compassion.
